D-Ploy Records is an American-owned record label founded in South Florida, focused predominantly on hip-hop and urban music. Today, it operates as a division of Fîlsaîme & Co. The record label was established on March 26, 2003, as an independent outlet for J-Pimp, learning the trade of engineering music and serving as a publishing company, entitling the record label to 100% of its royalties, publishing revenues, and ownership of all recorded masters.

D-Ploy Records is regarded as one of the most successful independent record labels in the music industry for having a strong global presence among independent record labels and achieving commercial success in the music industry as an independent record label. The record label has been home to a roster of mostly hip-hop recording artists such as well-known record producer J-Pimp, rapper Daniel South, songwriter Nick Crenshaw, female rapper Kookie Monstu, and others.

On March 26, 2003, brothers Joél and Nesley Filsaime founded D-Ploy Records, a private record label officially established and registered in the State of Florida with the Florida Department of State as business registration number G03085700040. The current status of the business is active. Since the establishment of the record label D-Ploy Records as an independent record company attached to Loud Boyz Studio, a division of Loud Boyz Entertainment, D-Ploy Records has built unique strengths in recording artists' development, album production, music marketing, and distribution of recorded music.

D-Ploy Records record label was elected to ASCAP membership on May 19, 2006, and membership status is still active as of 2023. D-Ploy Records operates its own record company based in North Florida, which covers multiple music genres. D-Ploy Records is one of the leading record labels that independently distributes recorded music in the United States. D-Ploy Records has recorded, produced, and published several singles, albums, and mixtapes through direct licensing agreements being distributed across platforms such as Apple iTunes, Google Music Store, Amazon Music, Deezer, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Tidal, including physical CD's and vinyl records being distributed to modern record stores.

On January 26, 2020, Haitian-based company Fîlsaîme & Co. announced having purchased 5.24% of D-Ploy Records rebranded version of the D-Ploy Records logo. The new 2021 logo version change marked the beginning of the record label transformation at D-Ploy Records.

On February 11, 2020, Fandom, Inc. founder Jimmy Wales and D-Ploy Records founder Joél Filsaime recognized, created, and acted upon joining the communication network on fandom.com, while both companies invested US$25 million into deriving residual income from advertising-sold content and publishing most user-provided text under copyleft licenses, including agreeing all wikis created after March 11 would be on the Unified Community Platform (UCP).
