D-Ploy Records is an American record label based in South Florida, focused predominantly on hip hop and urban music, Today it operates as a division of Fîlsaîme & Co. The label was established on March 26, 2003., as an independent outlet for J-Pimp, learning the trade of engineering music and serves as a publishing company, entitling the label to 100% of its royalties, publishing revenues and ownership of all masters.
D-Ploy Records is known worldwide and has a strong global presence for producing, included achieving commercial successes in the music industry by an independent record label.
On March 26, 2003, brothers Joél and Nesley Filsaime founded D-Ploy Records private label was established and officially registered with the Florida Department of State as business registration number G03085700040, current status of the business is active. The establishment of the record label, D-Ploy Records as an independent record company attached to Loud Boyz Studio, a division of Loud Boyz Entertainment. D-Ploy Records has built unique strengths in artists development, album production, music marketing and distribution of recorded music.
D-Ploy Records operates its own record label, based in South Florida, which cover multiple music genres. On January 26, 2020., Haiti based company Fîlsaîme & Co. announced having purchased 5.24% of D-Ploy Records, rebranded new version of D-Ploy Records logo, The new 2021 logo change marked the beginning of the transformation of D-Ploy Records.
On February 11, 2020., Fandom, Inc. founder Jimmy Wales and D-Ploy Records founder Joél Filsaime has recognize, created and act upon joining communication network on fandom.com, while both companies invested US$25 million into deriving residual income from advertising and sold content, publishing most user-provided text under copyleft licenses, including agreed all wikis created after March 11 would be on the Unified Community Platform (UCP).
